In plain words
- Sell only what you are allowed to sell, own or have the right to use, and describe it honestly.
- No illegal items, no deception, no harassment, no money-laundering or payment fraud, no attacks on the Platform.
- You can report any creator or listing. Serious breaches mean removal, a payout hold or suspension, and a report to the authorities where the law requires.
This summary helps you read the document. The full text below is what applies.
01What may not be sold or offered
- Anything illegal in India, or illegal where the buyer lives, or that helps someone break the law.
- Pirated, leaked or copied material, including copyrighted books, courses, software, exam papers or paid content belonging to someone else.
- Fake or forged documents, certificates, degrees, identity papers or answer keys, and services that help someone cheat in an exam or an interview.
- Medical, legal, financial or investment advice presented as if it came from a licensed professional when it does not, and any promise of guaranteed returns, guaranteed jobs or guaranteed results.
- Schemes that need new participants to pay in, including pyramid, multi-level and "get rich" schemes, chit-fund style collections, deposit-taking and lending.
- Gambling, betting, lotteries and real-money gaming; cryptocurrency or trading signals sold with guarantees.
- Adult sexual content, anything involving minors in a sexual or harmful way, content that glorifies violence or self-harm, and hateful or discriminatory material.
- Weapons, drugs, tobacco, alcohol, counterfeit goods, stolen data or hacking tools used for harm.
- Personal data about other people without their consent, and services that stalk or surveil people.
- Anything that needs a licence or registration the seller does not hold.
02Conduct on the Platform
- Be honest. Describe offers accurately, deliver what you sell, and keep prices and refund windows true. Do not use fake reviews, fake accounts or false claims about who you are or what you have achieved.
- Treat people with respect. No harassment, threats, hate speech or abuse, in sessions, Q&A, reviews or support tickets.
- Keep payments on the rails. No using NefyX to move money that is not a genuine sale: no layering, no splitting a payment to avoid checks, no paying yourself to inflate sales or reviews, no using someone else's card, bank account or UPI ID, and no accepting money you know or suspect comes from crime.
- Do not avoid the platform fee by steering a buyer off the Platform to pay when the sale began here.
- Protect the service. No scraping, bulk automated access, load testing, probing for weaknesses, bypassing paywalls or access limits, or interfering with other users' accounts.
- Respect intellectual property. Upload only what you own or have permission to use.
- Do not misuse support, refunds or disputes, for example by raising refund or chargeback claims on content you have consumed.
03Reporting a problem
Every creator storefront has a report control. You can also write to support@nefyx.com or use the Grievance Redressal process. Tell us the page, what is wrong and why you think it breaks a rule. For copyright, include what the work is, where your original is and that you are the owner or act for the owner. Reports are reviewed by a person. We may ask you for more detail.
04What we do about breaches
Depending on how serious the breach is, whether it was deliberate and whether it has happened before, we may:
- ask for a correction and give a short time to make it;
- remove or hide an offer, a review or other content;
- hold a payout, or reject a payout request, while we review;
- refund affected buyers from the creator's balance;
- suspend the account, which ends sign-in and removes the storefront from public view;
- keep records and report to law enforcement, the payment gateway, a bank or a regulator where the law requires or allows.
We e-mail the account holder what we did and, where we are free to, why and how to respond. Content that is non-consensual intimate imagery or impersonation is removed within 24 hours of a valid complaint; other unlawful content is acted on as the law's timelines require. If you think we made a mistake, reply to the e-mail or use the Grievance Redressal process and we will review the decision.
05Blocking
A signed-in user can block a creator, which hides that creator's storefront from them. Blocking is a personal setting, not a report; if the behaviour breaks a rule, report it too.
