Host paid webinars with real seat limits

04 Webinars

Set a date, a price and a seat limit. Buyers reserve a seat and pay; when the seats are gone, they are gone. Everyone with a ticket joins the same private video room, and afterwards you can sell the recording to people who missed it.

Who this is for

Built for people who already do this by hand.

  • 01Teachers running live batches, revision sessions and workshops
  • 02Experts who want to test an idea with a paid audience before building a course
  • 03Communities and professionals hosting masterclasses and Q&As
  • 04Creators who want event revenue without wrestling a ticketing tool

How it works

Four steps, start to finish.

  1. Schedule it

Pick the date and time in your own timezone, the duration, the price and the number of seats. Buyers see the start time in theirs.

  2. Sell tickets

Buyers pay to reserve a seat. A seat is held only for a short window while they pay, so an abandoned checkout does not block a real buyer.

  3. Host in one shared room

A single private video room link is created for the event and shared with ticket holders. You do not manage individual invites.

  4. Sell the replay

Add a private link to your recording and offer it for sale to people who could not attend. It goes on sale only after the live session has ended.

In detail

The details that matter.

01

Seats that cannot be oversold

If your webinar has fifty seats, fifty is the most that can ever be sold, however many people click at once. The limit is enforced in the database, and it is tested with simultaneous purchases rather than assumed. When a seat is held for a buyer who is still paying, it counts against the limit until the hold expires, so the last seat is never sold twice.

If a buyer pays and the seat turns out to be gone, they are not left with a charge and no ticket: the system reconciles that case and tells them plainly what happened.

02

Clear refund rules

Each webinar carries a refund window you set, expressed as the number of hours before the start within which a buyer can get a full refund. It is shown before they pay. After it passes, the ticket is final, which is fair to you and to the buyer who read the rule.

03

Turn one live session into a product

A live event has a natural shelf life of a couple of hours; a recording can sell for months. You provide a private, unlisted link to the replay, and NefyX offers it as its own purchase. It appears on your storefront only once the live event is over, and only buyers who paid can open it.

04

A ticket that lives in the buyer's account

Every ticket sits in the buyer's purchases page with the start time shown in their own timezone and the link to join, so nobody has to dig through email on the day. You see who has registered and how many seats remain, on your dashboard.

What it costs

Nothing until you sell something.

NefyX charges 4.5% on each completed sale. There is no monthly subscription and no charge to list an offer, so a quiet month costs you nothing.
